Today high quality herbs and rib bones are used in the preparation of the Bah Kut Teh soup, which needs to be cooked slowly for six to seven hours. The herbal soup is also very nutritious, rich in protein and believe to prevent cold and flu.

Yu Kee Restaurant opens from 5pm to 10pm every day. It is advisable to dine at the tables on the walk way as the room temperature inside the restaurant can get very warm. Raining days are also great time to have Bak Kut Teh since the herbal soup helps to keep the body warm.
